Pathways Institute, Inc. is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

Assignment
Pathways Institute, Inc. shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Pathways Institute, Inc. and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes
 

6. Workshop Registration Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

 

Workshops under $800 must be paid in full prior to your attendance. Workshops over $800 may be paid in full at time of enrollment. For a slightly higher price you may take advantage of our installment plan and pay monthly.
 

 

If using the installment plan your first payment will occur upon registration. All credit/debit payments will be charged on the same day of the month as your first payment. Any changes to this payment plan must occur at least 5 days prior to the payment date and will result in a $75 fee.
 

In the event your credit/debit card is declined, you must proactively contact Pathways Institute to rectify the missed payment(s).  In addition a $35 processing fee will be assigned and you will be dropped from the workshop attendance until your payments are caught up in full. You will still be liable for the logistics fees if you are dropped from the workshop due to a credit/debit card declined payment.
 

All monies paid are non-refundable, and non-transferable to future workshops. You will be charged in full for tuition and logistics fees regardless of attendance.
 

Email Privacy: Pathways Institute will only use the email address provided to send you pertinent information on the workshop and our newsletters. Pathways Institute will never sell or give our mailing list to any other organization.
 

Website Privacy: Only authorized Pathways Institute staff has access to your information on our website or database.
 

Please Note: The Pathways Institute staff and volunteers are not engaged in rendering medical or psychological services. Pathways Institute is a provider of educational workshops and seminars only.
